Massive and very dangerous area of road surface. Needs very urgent attention before an accident and injury occurs

This junction really needs looking at urgently. The surface is riddled with holes and missing road surface.

This section of road has deteriorated badly and is dangerous as it makes it very difficult to pull out of the slip road from the A1 as your car loses traction and skips around. It urgently needs fixing before collisions occur

Is anybody ever going to look at this road. Reported in March 23 and it's still the same in August.
