I was sent an email to say the problem is Fixed - it is not

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4362419.

Why are we being told that this is fixed when it plainly is not ? 8 seconds green 40 second red There will be a nasty accident if not fixed as people swap lanes to try to get through more swiftly. Also the pollution effect of hundred of cars idling is significant and could so easily be rectified
