Open iron work obstructing footpath at bottom of chapel brow.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4359228.

I believe some works were carried out on Friday night and the lid wasn’t placed securely now it’s loose and extremely dangerous as a trip hazard or even someone falling down it.
