Seemingly false overhead warning

Reported via desktop in the Sign issue (NH) category anonymously at 17:28, Sat 25 March 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4358425.

The Eastbound carriageway signs at Junction 22 are currently indicating a 40 mph speed restriction though there is no detail of any problem. The same overheads were displaying a similar message at about this time yesterday and were displaying something (I couldn't see what) when we travelled westbound at about 13:00. There is a long history of false warnings and unnecessary speed restrictions in this area.
