1 lane is causing complete chaos

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4355611.

The 1 lane needs to be looked into urgently. People have been delayed for up to an hour plus with traffic at a complete standstill. It has followed into the surrounding villages (Elmswell, Tostock, Norton) causing absolute havoc, the A14 might as well be shut as it’s not moving.
