Reported via mobile in the Roadworks (NH) category by Andrew Towgood at 15:30, Wed 22 March 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4346335.

The cycle/foot footpath just in front of Sussex university, next to the A27 northbound has several anchoring and bags that have been left for some time in the hedge - can they please be removed so plastic sandbags do not get mown - Thanks.

  • Thank you for your report concerning abandoned road signs. We’re aware of this issue and are planning a full sweep of the A27 between Patcham and Pevensey to remove any signs and a-frames that aren't required. We anticipate completing this exercise by the end of April. Your report will be passed to the team arranging the works. Kind regards National Highways
