Traffic lights green for 8 seconds then red 40 seconds

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4343702.

Massive queue every day due to ridiculously short green phase on these lights. Very dangerous for motorcyclists as there is a great deal of lane swapping by frustrated motorists trying to get in the fastest moving queue . This is an extremely busy juncytion at the best of times and should be prioritised for correction as soon as possible before an accident occurs
