Light Sequence AGAIN

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4341508.

Light sequence is not allowing for flow of traffic. Taking me an extra hour to get to work and getting on and off Jct3 is taking between 40 to 50 minutes from Walderslade Road. I don't understand why such issues keep recurring one day someone will get seriously hurt due to frustration and people being erractic. Can you please set a sequence that works and leave it.
