Traffic light sequence wrong

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4334587.

The lights are only letting 5 cars through at one time and its causing big tail backs and delays. The rest of the roads are clear and it seems unnecessary. Please can you arrange this to be fixed. Thanks

  • Thank you for your report concerning traffic light issues at the A404/M4 junction.

    We apologise for the issues you've experienced in this area. We were initially unable to access the area due to a rodent infestation, however we were able to determine a fault with the BT line at this site and a BT Openreach engineer attended the site on 20 March 2023. We will be visiting the site with BT today to arrange a repair.
