'New Traffic Lights'

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4332309.

The new traffic light system at Skippool (the old roundabout) is NOT fit for purpose. How can it take 1 hour on a Saturday to do a 20 minute journey, never mind rush hour on a weekday?! Why is there only 1 lane open? I can only hope that this is to improve quickly!
