Blocked drain on M20 - water is accumulating onto carriageway

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4327508.

Appears to be a blocked drain on the northbound (towards London) carriageway, about 1 mile out from junction 9. Hard shoulder and half of slow lane is flooded. We had to swerve to avoid.
