Lots of litter!

There is a lot of litter in this area at the bottom of the junction before the roundabout. The whole area needs a good tidy up to be honest, old signage from roadworks on the roundabout

  • Thank you for contacting National Highways about littering at junction 2 of the M65. As part of our cyclic maintenance process, we’ve recently assessed and graded our network for litter. We've scheduled litter picks on the M65, we aim to complete this work within 4 – 6 weeks. If this location is still a concern after this time, please contact us. We’ve passed your report about the old signage on the roundabout to our local inspector. We’ll inspect the issue within 10 working days and raise a job for any necessary work.
