The slip roads and hard shoulders and adjacent land between Esher and Cobham exits are litter strewn

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4327272.

The litter is never removed and just permanently builds up. It is firstly depressing that people throw litter out of their vehicles and have no pride and secondly that nothing is ever done about cleaning it up. Is unsightly, polluting and dangerous to the local wildlife
