Exit sliproad to emsworth from the A27 was completely closed for trimming vegetation. No signage through Havant town at all, so forced to take a 20 mile diversion via Chichester which is ridiculous. The contractors informed me a taxi driver came through the cones and nearly hit one of their operatives. This may have been prevented if locals had a warning to say that exit is closed.
