Obscene build up of traffic causing significant delays

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4326880.

The bypass works at skipool roundabout are affecting all surrounding areas - traffic from over wyre crossing the shard bridge has been badly affected - 1hr 15 mins today to travel half a mile - this is unacceptable and needs addressing without delay
