Traffic light phasing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4324058.

The phasing is still creating traffic queue's. You informed me this was due to an electrical issue and an engineer would be attending in the next 48 hours 3 weeks ago when i first reported this. What were his findings? is this really the truth? I'm approx. £200 down lost in wages to date due to being late various days because of this issue. Please return them to their previous timings or have the courtesy to inform me and the many other motorists who are being affected by this that this is a conscious decision and the reasoning by the agency and they will be staying in this phasing creating a problem that was never there in the first place.
