Disgusting

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4323254.

This whole strech of the A1 is disgusting, I contacted the local council and they say it's a national highways issue as they cannot do litter picking on a road above 30mph

Please note we do invite them to litter pick within our traffic management, but they don't all accept our invitation to do. Therefore, we can only remind of their duty of care and can't enforce them to do the litter picking.
