Drainage blocked by debris

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4322689.

The West bound carriageway verge and drainage ditch are blocked / overflowing with leaf fall and detritus. Potential flooding hotspot. Similarly the verge on the East bound is full of gravel and debris washed onto the carriageway.
