60mph restriction in place on overhead gantry on M5 near Droitchwich goes blank then speed camera flashes as cars go throughq

I was travelling north bound on Wednesday 15th March at 1645 on the M5 near Droitwich and a 60mph sign was in place and then went blank as I approached it. A few seconds before going through the overhead gantry, I noticed a car in front of me get flashed by the speed camera on this gantry , so I made sure I was only doing 60mph and I then saw a flash as I went through. This is clearly a fault with the system. Can you please look into this matter.
