Large pothole increasing in size over last 3 weeks.

Reported via mobile in the Pothole (NH) category anonymously at 12:47, Thu 16 March 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4318073.

The pothole is on the near side lane as you travel south and approaching the exit for handcross. It is positioned exactly where the near side tyre would naturally pass and is incredibly dangerous due to speeds. It is also obscured until the last moment. It has been there some weeks and is getting much worse. This needs attention before a nasty accident occurs. If you don’t know to avoid it because you are local you really take your chances. Even then it can be hard to avoid.
