Fence has fallen down over a year ago

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4317589.

Fence has failed on the Bedhampton junction. Young people seen near railway bridge on bikes, I think there's some bike tracks around there, it might be there entrance?
