Temporary yellow signage conflicts with Smart Motorway

Reported via desktop in the Sign issue (NH) category anonymously at 09:21, Wed 15 March 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4315069.

There is yellow temporary signage on M4 eastbound, including signs showing all 4 lanes open and some showing a lane close. (a) the temporary sign do not represent reality (there are no lane closures in place) and (b) the ahead arrows on the temporary signs indicating that lanes are open can conflict with the red X on overhead gantries on the Smart Motorway. The yellow signs need to be removed or fully covered when not in use.
