Growing hole and possible subsidence

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4311860.

Left hand lane, left hand side, heading into London, just as the flyover is about to start, as the road starts to rise: a hole/pothole started, is getting bigger daily, and it looks like the surface around it is also sinking.
