The traffic light has been moved so can't be seen by drivers

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4311070.

The traffic light has been moved so can't be seen by drivers coming around the roundabout. This is if you're coming around the roundabout to join A1 North. This has nearly caused at least two accidents that I have witnessed in the last 7 days. I believe the lights may have moved due to the wind. Due to the lights only being in operation during rush hour this is also adding to the lack of driver attention.
