Potholes on sliproad from M62 westbound to M6 northbound

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4309962.

Multiple potholes, difficult to avoid as down to single lane due to roadworks. Present for over a week- would estimate about 6 major ones
