Traffic light timings - chaos

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4307410.

The timings of the lights on this junction are causing major tail backs through all adjoining roads. Traffic queues along Great Union St, back up Cleveland Street to Stoneferry at each rush hour. They do not allow enough vehicles to exit the end of Great Union Street and around the junction to exit. They cause issues on Victoria Dock / Plimsoll Way as traffic tries to "ratrun" through the housing estate blocking all local roads. You have solved the Mytongate issue and just moved it to Great Union St.
