Motorway lights on during day.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4304433.

Driving from junction 13 to junction 12, there are at least 25 motorway sodium lights that you can see switched on during the day. Makes England look like a 3rd world country to everyone coming here. Why can't you fix them?
