A27 Eastbound Road Surface / Potholes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4304410.

Despite previous reports the road surface continues to degrade and many potholes in the outside lane.

This poses a real danger and needs resolving ASAP.

  • 13/03/23 - Nation Highways closed my (10/03/23) report even though the potholes haven't been fixed. Responding to the report by email and stating the road will be inspected is not fixing the problem. The reports of the potholes need to remain visible to anyone who's vehicle is damaged by the potholes before they have been repaired.

  • Thank you for your report concerning potholes on the eastbound carriageway by the Holmbush turnoff.

    We’re aware of the condition of the carriageway here and patching repairs are being planned, subject to roadspace approval for a road closure to allow the works to be safely completed.
