Between M4 / A419 and M4 A34 eastbound. Gantry signs incorrect

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4303591.

4 times out of 5 the gantries display either pedestrians or animals reported. this has been the case over months but in all that time I have only seen one instance of a broken down car! Can this information not be checked before displaying? It just leads to a lack of credibility when there is a real incident.
