  • Thank you for informing our Customer Contact Centre about the road condition on the A120 at Marks Tey. I appreciate you taking the time to report this. I’ve passed your observations to our maintenance team for further investigation. Potholes and a damaged road surface can be hazardous and we have processes in place to ensure they are made safe quickly. We carry out frequent safety patrols to monitor the condition of the road. Any potholes or defects we find are recorded. Repairs are then prioritised based on the severity of the defect. Kind regards National Highways
