According to your project team, these much delayed works will be complete soon. However, the road surface leaves much to be desired in both directions. In lanes 3 of 4 (counting from the inside), the surface towards the outside where a vehicle's offside wheels run is most uneven and poor. This is bad enough at 50mph, the limit during the works, but at 60 or 70mph driving in lane 3 will become very tricky, possibly dangerous. It is not satisfactory.
