Speed Camera flashing

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4293786.

I had driven passed the Variable Speed Camera at 55-58mph (whilst speed was limited to 60mph), however the speed camera still flashed me.

M25 clockwise, just after passing Junction 23.

Please could this be investigated.
