Entering J20 onto M1 Northbound has large litter in verge

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4292704.

As you exit Lutterworth Road onto the M1 at J20, the roundabout and slip road have large amounts of flytipping and rubbish in them. Some of it is on the A road (assume not HE) but also down the sliproad. Seems like one crew could do it rather than two crews going up to an invisible line even though it might be a council _and_ HE problem :)
