Deep pothole on slip road to M25 North (to Watford and Heathrow)

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4292153.

Outer (right hand) slip road lane M25 North has a deep pothole. My front tyre blew and my rear tyre had an air bubble from the impact. Police attended to my car and moved it to a safer area. The AA sent a recovery truck, which took me to a tyre garage to replace 2 tyres for £180. I would like to claim compensation.
