Pothole forming on a47 from joining traffic.

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4289378.

There are two pothole areas one just before this junction westbound, one on the junction joining the 47 and just after this before the junction turn off on the right there is a small peak forming in the road.

I’ve passed your observations to our route inspector / maintenance team for further prompt investigation. Potholes can be hazardous and we have processes in place to ensure they are made safe quickly. We carry out frequent safety patrols to monitor the condition of the road. Any potholes or defects we find are recorded. Repairs are then prioritised based on the severity of the defect. Kind regards National Highways
