No fence

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4289029.

There appears to be no fence between the very fast A21 and the footpath running alongside it on the north side, lots of rotted posts and fence debrison the ground but no barrier to deer, dogs, people getting on the road
