Defective Traffic Light Cover

’Customer wanting to report a loose drain cover on the A464 just before you get to Stafford Park. Customer says this has caused injury to himself and needs preparing ASAP. not too far from Sirane Ltd Stafford Park 6. Black coloured drain cover that is not secured, which resulted in a deep laceration wound to my knee during a run and caused me to be kept in overnight at A&E on 16/09/22. The drain is situated on a grass verge which runs between the A464 and Stafford Park 7 towards the M54 and is near the traffic lights before you join the Castle Farm interchange’’
