Road markings do not match road sign

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4287720.

I have reported this before. Its a hazard. I am writing again as on Saturday I witnessed another near miss rta. The road marking on the inside lane as you approach the m20 junction from the hospital direction has an arrow suggesting you can turn left and ho straight on. The adjacent lane sign shows you can only turn left towards tescos. I believe the latter to be correct given the markings on the circulatory. I think you will be liable if anyone has an rta. The issue has been there since you remodelled the junction over a year ago
