A46 from Syston to Newarke cats eyes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4287664.

There's long stretches along this road where the cats eyes aren't reflecting so it can be pitch black and hard to see without putting main beam on which you can't do if there's vehicles heading the opposite way.
