Loose/ damaged manhole cover A663 southbound

There’s a manhole cover in the centre of the A633/ Broadway that clatters each time a vehicle runs over it. It appears to have dropped below the surface of the road and a section of it actually tips up when a heavier vehicle, such as a van, passes over it. It has been like this for a few months, maybe since around November 2022. The precise location is between lamp posts numbered 86 and 87 roughly in line with the speed camera on the southbound/ Manchester side. It is the larger cover in the centre of the road
