50mph signs and matrix 60mph sign

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4280793.

As you enter the m55 from m6 There are temporary 50mph signs as you enter the road works but also the light up matrix sign stating 60mph. Only noticed tonight. Very confusing as to which is correct.
