Litter and abandoned cones and old signage frames

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4277999.

J8 roundabout and slip roads have a high amount of rubbish, old cones, sand bags and signage frames littered around the area which has been building up for sometime and looks very unsightly.
