Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4277107.

I believe that your workers have left for at least 3 weeks many potted plants that are meant for replacing all the trees etc. you removed during the rebuild of a bridge over the M4 at Cippenham. Others left overs i.e, support stakes, there too.
