Litter, abandoned cones, metal sign frames

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4277004.

As you enter the M20 at j10 London bound the litter, abandoned cones and sign metal work is atrocious. This has been like it for sometime, but only now as it is getting worse, do I feel something needs to be done.
