M6 Between Jcts 9 and 10, N & S bound

Sent to National Highways 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4273630.

"Temporary" road work signs mounted between carriageways. Have been in place for months. 70mph signs frequently contradict matrix signs, also there re other redundant signs.

Filth and hazardous rubbish S bound shoulder approaching M5, would be dangerous for somebody needing to pull over. N bound off road paved areas filthy and contain rubbish. Have been in this condition for over 3 months and getting worse.
