Unsightly litter Fareham to Portsmouth

Reported via mobile in the Litter (NH) category anonymously at 18:04, Tue 28 February 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4271716.

Every year I feel the need to highlight the state of litter on the M27 on all approaches to Portsmouth. I've just sat in congestion and it looks terrible. I'll look into DEFRA for you as it doesn't seem to be improving. There must be some sort of standard?
