Heavy litter

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4268773.

The A3 has heavy litter, all the way from Tolworth Roundabout to Junction 10 including slip roads. This needs to be addressed, some of it is blown onto the road surface. This can't be very good for the wildlife as it also gets blown onto adjoining fields. A lot of it is plastic too, and we all know the problems that causes.
