I initially logged this problem back on the 10 February 2023 :- Trees cut back insufficient The trees that were cut last week, were not cut back sufficiently, the cctv from domestic drains (6 cameras), overlook this area , and is regularly used by police and community issues, and affects safety on the cycle path. a request was put in to cut back to improve safety, however the cut back was very minor and has not helped, can you please check the works carried out and request further cutback, thanks

On the same day we had a representative attend our premises and inspect the trees who agreed with us that the contractor had not followed the council's instructions and had not cut back the trees sufficiently. I asked for an updated using the council portal on the 14 February 2023 and was subsequently advised through the portal that the enquiry is now closed and no further action required which is NOT THE CASE. Please advise asap otherwise you leave us with no alternative but to go to our local Councillor.
