Roundabout is a car park

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4258884.

The traffic light sequences are completely wrong - traffic sat on roundabout blocking other exits when their lights are green - cannot get on or off - this roundabout does not flow - either turn the lights off completely or get the engineers out between 4.30 to 6.00pm - accidents galore!
