Graffiti on bridges and road signs

Reported via mobile in the Graffiti (NH) category anonymously at 10:47, Thu 23 February 2023

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4257265.

Dear sir/madam. On recent visits to Portsmouth and Southampton I've noticed graffiti literally everywhere on the bridges and road signs along the A3, M27 etc which looks terrible and needs removing asap as it makes our county look a disgrace! It starts from the Clanfield/Charlton turn off on the A3 southbound and continues at numerous places towards both cities and along the motorways. What must visitors to Hampshire think when seeing such an eyesore? If someone could please respond I'd appreciate it. Many thanks. Mr. Mitchell.
